Prepaid + No-Refund Policy
All consulting is prepaid. Due to the time reserved and preparation involved, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Scheduling + No-Show Policy
All sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved for you, and to respect everyone's time, here are our policies:
If you cancel with 24+ hours notice: you can reschedule with no penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice: the session is deducted from your prepaid time.
No-shows: the session is deducted from your prepaid time.
Late arrivals: sessions still end at the scheduled time.

How Email Time Is Tracked
Email support is tracked by the time spent reading your message, reviewing attachments, thinking through the issue, making edits/comments, and writing the response.
Time is rounded to 15-minute increments.
The time between emails (waiting time) is not counted.
Response time will be within 2 business days, unless otherwise clearly communicated (i.e. more complex responses may need more time, but we will give you an ETA within two business days).

Absolutely. Start with just a one hour phone or video session and we can discuss your overall business situation, sort out what your business pain points or top priorities are, and go from there. If you mainly need feedback on a document or plan, start with email consulting for just $50/hour.
I just have a couple of questions, or would like a second pair of eyes on something with my business-I don't need a full consulting plan.

How do I schedule the consulting option I want?
We make it super simple: just click here (or on the menu) to select your a la carte consulting preference. Once you have added the options you would like, simply check out, and you will receive an email to with our New Hire Intake Form. This helps us know who you are, and what consulting topics we should address. From there, if you select a phone, video call, or a package option, you will be given a link to schedule your appointment(s) at a time that works for you.
What if I am late to our scheduled phone/video call, or need to cancel?
