A utopia of small business resources for any industry, size, and needs.

Learn why we exist, what we do, and meet Biztopia's founder.

about biztopia

Biztopia is a “utopia of resources for small businesses.” We exist for the owners who are wearing ten hats, doing their best, and still getting pitched pricey, jargon-heavy “solutions” that don’t actually solve anything.

We’re here to make small business support feel simple, practical, and attainable: real help, fair pricing, and tools you can actually use—minus the overwhelm, minus the fluff, and with a little fun along the way.

Small businesses don’t usually have the money, manpower, or bandwidth to hire a full HR department, a full marketing team, and a full operations staff.

It doesn’t make sense to hire an HR manager when you have four employees. And it’s not realistic to do it all or pay for pricey agencies to do it for you when you’re trying to keep payroll steady, serve customers, and still have a life.

So owners do what they can: they look for tools, programs, and “solutions.”

WHY BIZTOPIA EXISTS

And what happens next is frustratingly predictable:

  • You end up needing 10 different tools for 10 different needs (and 10 different monthly subscriptions)...

  • You find platforms priced for corporate budgets, not small business reality...

  • You purchase a solution that is very confusing, very complicated to use, and you end up scrapping it and looking for something else...

  • Or you pay for a service that promises the world… and delivers a fraction of it, leaving you out precious funds and still needing help...

And you keep hemorrhaging money, time, and sanity.

We’ve lived this from the inside—trying to find a rewards program that fit the business needs, switching website providers to improve SEO, and trialing options just to see they fail and we are back at square one.

That’s why we started building our own custom solutions: templates, toolkits, internal programs, and websites that were designed to actually work for the business in front of us.

Biztopia exists to help businesses like yours: making those solutions available to small businesses everywhere.

you know your business. you decide what you need.

No one size fits all here. You can pick and choose just what your small business needs, from human resources to marketing to business strategy and beyond.

Over the years, I’ve held leadership roles across marketing, customer service, and hiring. I’ve also provided consulting and custom solutions for multiple industries (from concrete companies to medical practices to digital start ups), and have had the joy of seeing those solutions truly impact growth for those companies. I spent more than 10 years as a Practice Director for a multi-location practice (working remotely for most of that time), handling everything from human resources and project management to business strategy, marketing, process implementation, and data analysis. I have loved the problem solving opportunities my career has provided, and helping small businesses has become my passion.

I’m Raquel Woronecki, the proud founder of Biztopia. From an early age, helping others and problem solving has been a passion of mine. From volunteering at church, serving the homeless, to wearing multiple hats in the office, I’ve always been drawn to showing up where people need support and helping others.

Professionally, I’ve worked in both big corporations and small businesses, and I kept coming back to the same truth: I love the authenticity of small business, and the way great owners genuinely care about their employees and customers.

Outside of Biztopia, I’m also the co-founder of HAVRE Graffiti, a custom mural business with my husband (the truly talented one with the spray paint). We live on 12 acres of wooded bliss in Lincoln, Missouri, with 17 fur, feather, and scale babies. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, doing artsy projects, and have written several guided creative journals.

After more than 20 years of hands-on experience and years of providing consulting services to businesses, I look forward to learning how Biztopia can serve your small business. Skip the corporate agencies and let's work together help your company thrive.
